Who: We’re looking for a standout university or graduate student interested in careers in communication, social media, graphic design, or other related field of study. You should have expertise with social media platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and Adobe Create Suite. The ideal candidate will be creative, organized and able to prioritize and transition between multiple tasks, willing to learn and adapt, and able to meet tight deadlines and work both independently and on a team.

What: As a P&P social media intern, you’ll help promote our programs and events on social media, work with the P&P team to develop and execute a marketing strategy, and develop engaging STEAM education content, including short videos or animations for TikTok, YouTube and more.

When: May 17 – August 30, 2021. Please be available for 20 hours a week with flexible hours between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. CST.

Where: We’re flexible! This internship can be 100% virtual or a hybrid virtual/on-site opportunity with office hours at Houston Methodist in the heart of the Texas Medical Center in Houston, Texas.
